1. Medullary thyroid cancer (Acal)
2. Insulinoma ( AIAPP )
3. Isolated atrial amyloidosis (AANP)
4. Alzheimer's disease ( beta amyloid)
Systemic
Primary ( multiple myeloma )
Secondary ( rheumatoid arthritis, SLE , scleroderma , rcc )
Others -- hemodialysis associated and senile cardiac amyloidosis
Diagnosis
( Eosinophilic, red on Congo red stain , on ppl apple green 🍏 birefringence seen , scintigraphy- serum amyloid p component)
