Lovley beech reduction and Ash Smash

  • Today's job is a lovely beech tree to end weight reduce over the buildings to prevent failure. The team also removed an ash tree which was suffering from ash dieback logged the wood and chipped the brash. how many UK climbers are climbing 2 ropes? or does it just not work for you?

    Really enjoyed the variation in camera angles Mick. Gives a much better idea of what's going on. Great accuracy on the Ash and it looks as if it helped with bucking by keeping it well off the ground? Keep up the good work and appreciate the effort you've put into filming. 😉

    Was the bite you sent down to your hitchclimber for mechanical advantage? Trying to work out in my head what you did. Looked smart

      Hey mate in this scenario I was just using it as a quick and easy redirect but yes would also work as a mechanical advantage but would ideally install a ring and ring or something to help with friction 😁
