@dan1701a I believe this is not an off-air recording. It appears to be made from the actual recording that WFAA aired, so they really couldn't include any static at the end.
@radiodude1976 I think you're correct. My version was recorded off-air, so it did include the static at the end, but the quality isn't as good as this.
Much nicer quality than the over-the-air version. But you should have included some snow at the end - and I would have liked to see the National Anthem at the end. Still, a very classy end to analog channel 8.
