Trenul special / Special train Venice Simplon Orient Express in / în Arad, România

Locomotivele GM 950 și GM 962 ale depoului Cluj și locomotivele electrice EA TSAM 551 și EA 789 ale depoului Arad surprinse la tracțiunea faimosului IR 15031 Venice Simplon Orient Express de la Paris Est la Istanbul.
După ce anul trecut legendarul tren a efectuat în premieră două curse pe această rută (recuperând astfel pe cea din 2021) în 2024 organizatorii au decis definitivarea acestui program. Astfel, VSOE poate fi văzut în țara noastră atât la începutul lunii iunie, cât și la sfârșitul lunii august. Cu ale sale 14 vagoane(3 dormitoare-suite 5 dormitoare de lux, 2 vagoane de serviciu cu generatoare, 1 vagon bar fără bucătărie, 1 vagon Restaurant cu bucătărie inclusă, 1 vagon Pullman și 1 vagon de luat masa) acest tren a parcurs de-a lungul anilor mai multe trasee din România, în acest an ajungând în premieră pe la Episcopia Bihor din cauza închiderii totale a Curtici Fr.

The locomotives GM 950 and GM 962 of the Cluj depot and the electric locomotives EA TSAM 551 and EA 789 of the Arad depot captured pulling the famous IR 15031 Venice Simplon Orient Express from Paris Est to Istanbul.
After last year the legendary train made two runs on this route for the first time (recovering the one from 2021), in 2024 the organizers decided definitively on this schedule. This, VSOE can be seen in our country both at the beginning of June and at the end of August. With its 14 carriages (3 bedrooms-suites, 5 luxury bedrooms, 2 service carriages with generators, 1 bar carriage without kitchen, 1 Restaurant carriage with kitchen included, 1 Pullman carriage and 1 dining carriage) this train traveled from -over the years, several have been drawn from Romania, this year arriving for the first time at the Bishopric of Bihor due to the total closure of Curtici Br.
