Well, like 7/10 compared to others. It's not that her voice is bad. It's just her execution is a little bit off. She could reach that note but she supported it too excessively and too immediate, like she wasn't quite prepared for it. Nonetheless, she can really sing.
Plus she is doing it sitting down in the first clip and in the second she wasn't being serious was part of the showtime episode where all of them were playing around.

If you see most struggle using their throat for high notes especially screaming at the last word but EXO CHEN uses Head voice . Chen hits the note perfectly with vibrato towards the end of the words. CHEN is definately nailing this

My favorite male rendition of Tears is the guy from Up10tion, who actually sang it on King of Mask Singer (disguised as a girl).
