But if you don’t have a cast iron you can bake chicken in your dish or aluminum pan, it’s not in stone to just use a cast iron pan. Same if you prefer to cover and uncover the last 30 minutes in the oven. Remember every oven varies, so always use a thermometer to make sure your chicken is throughly baked. Although the bag can also be used too, the chicken skin will be crisper if you cut the bag open the last 30 minutes. Hope this is helpful! 😊. Happy holidays! 😊❤️💕
@@ML-zj3ph I cannot thank you ENOUGH!!!!🌹 thank you SOO SOO much!! Trial and error on my end. I ended up covering it and it didn’t cook throughly so I uncovered it and baked it again. It came out good still but wish I could saved me the hour. NOW I know how to thanks to you! Happy Holiday to you and your loved one! 🎄🎁💝

The abodo seasoning and the creole both contain garlic. I used fresh minced garlic in my chicken, sazon Goya with coriander and annatto. Chicken is good in about every recipe in the world. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
