Milton Hershey built a town, hospitals, education centers, etc, for American workers. As far as I know Gates never even created a "Tech Center" to train Americans. I would argue that debt has a greater impact than health. Correlation does not imply causation. Gates provides no reasoning as to WHY health would make a difference. I think this is the important question to ask.
Student loan debts has a positive correlation to folks wanting to have less children😌 No debt also has similar effect, as you realize you need to have good things for your family and yourself.😌

The world is overpopulated, there's a reason why farmers use fertilizers instead of manure and fruits are injected with faster growth solution via syringes, because the demand is much more than the supply. If the governments waited for all of it to happen naturally they won't be able to fulfill people's demands and they'd suffer a lot of losses and the governments won't do that even if it means harming the health of the public.
