And agar aap usko OTP deke parcel le lete toh bhi technically apne original delivery li nahi hai toh next day aapko parcel ana hi chahiye... Matlab ye delivery wale try marte hai ki fake parcel dene ka.. le liya toh thik nahi toh next day original parcel deliver lrdo
I have been shopping online for more than decade. Have shopped from many shopping sites even with very low rating , tradus, rediff shopping, shopclues etc almost never had problem with product, and even if there was problem, there was never problem with return. Flipkart is worst among the worst ! Their customer care is clueless, Their seller change delivery date, they dont take action against them, online chat is ARTIFICIALLY STUPID.
Done with Flipkart for good. No expensive ordering from their website. Their open box delivery policy is crap. They don't provide any alternative delivery option. I am not inclined to adhere to such policies.

Happened with my in laws .. ordered washing machine.. they didn't show the machine to them at the time of delivery, even though they insisted and when they opened it.. the machine upper part was damaged and guess want just within an hour of delivery contacted flipkart and informed everything... They clearly denied replacement... So you MUST NOT order from flipkart ... Open box delivery itself is a scam.. when don't really do that....

I ordered air fryer with OBD. Flipkart delivery guy was denying it saying he cannot see my delivery as OBD in his system. i called up customer care and confirmed it was indeed OBD. i simply denied accepting the delivery. Delivery guy accepted for OBD.

For me 1 was broken used product and other time the label for diffrent product was applied . So i experienced 2 types of scams Thankfully flipkart accepted return in case of both items. I ordered a powerbank, during open box delivery the person quickly checked if items are present and asked for otp before handing over the item, as he refused to hand over for inspection i had to share the otp once i got it i saw that the usb port was broken and there were scratches on the powerbank, i checked the box seal it was just tape over original seal. 2nd case was a hair straightener recieved was a cheaper model but only the label had correct model number.During open box delivery I checked contents and model number was ok but latter when i checked the specs of the product found discripency. Open box delivery has enabled many frauds causing more harm than good
