You're right, I don't have friends with whom I could play football. In addition, due to various reasons, I could not play football for several years.       i am 20 and female which might be surprising hahaha so it always was a trouble to find someone to play with because boys from the block never wants to play with you because you are female but you know as for me i am happy just kicking the ball alone, football is my true passion
      for sure i will continue watching you, i hope that someday i will see you in some crew, I believe that hard work always pays off, just don't give up!!

    Greeting! I have a problem. I want to structure my training schedule, to be 3 times a week, and the training to last 1-2 hours. Before I start training I have a lot of motivation. But when I do it, I don't seem to do it constantly, that is, instead of a short break, I take breaks like in exercise, I take even longer breaks, and it seems like my concentration goes. I try to do all the focused training, but I can't. But before I start it, I have a very big desire.
    I mention that I love to play football and train, but this does not seem to allow me to have normal training. I'm not on a team right now

      Hello! Sorry for answering you late. I understand you. I had the same problem. I can give you some advice. Try to feel what you want more at a particular moment - work on dribbling, take more shots on goal, etc. and dedicate most of your training to this. Nothing good will come of forcing yourself to do something to train without wanting to. For example, if I had a plan to do 10 sprints in a workout, but when I arrive at the workout I feel tired, then I just don’t do it. It's better to do some light training, rest and do a volume workout next time.
      Also, try writing yourself a little plan the day before training - ok, tomorrow I will do 10 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of dribbling, 10 minutes of ball control, etc. Don't plan too much, but having some kind of plan, when you come to training, you will keep it in mind and try to follow it. Personally, RUclips motivates me, I know that for the video I need to do certain exercises and I am not distracted by anything else.
      Try watching some football videos on RUclips, and try to repeat these exercises during training. It's better than going to training and making up exercises. Set yourself a goal, for example, to perform 1000 juggles during training, hit the crossbar 10 times, and go towards this goal.
      So, in short, you should have some kind of small plan and an end goal. Don’t set too big goals, but those that can realistically be achieved in this workout.

      hi bro. thanks for your comment. Sorry for answering you late. this training lasted about 1.5 hours. I conducted it in a limited area of ​​the field, used a wall in my exercises, juggled a lot, and at the beginning of the training I filmed a video with exercises from this video.
