Thankfully most things people made are still around, so new people can enjoy them even years later.
Have to admit, you definitely missed the golden years. So many amazing projects came and went. Shame so few of them were ever finished.

@@Doc903 Pony life was a short lived (for a good reason) Generation 4.5 that was absolute steaming shit. There will be no season 10 (Been confirmed for a while), but they are coming out with a Generation 5 that will have completely different characters. There will be some references to the Mane 6, but they won’t actually ever be in it (or so I heard).

Ah, the memories of discovering this track, binging Friendship is Witchcraft and hunting down reactions to Button Mash's Adventures while dreading the arrival of Equestria Girls. The last 5 years have really zoomed by.
Crazy that I must'a been one of the only people out there wanting EQG to come out. I like their human designs.
@@crazylayzy23 The animation of the first movie was a bit robotic, but the second movie onward was pretty good. They had their flaws, but ultimately, I liked them.

@@LiquidPr1d3 EQG was like the absolute opposite of what usually happens, when the 1st movie is great, and it just drops off; EQG started off a bit slow, and slowly found it's footing.

I've been learning how to play this on the piano.
For about a year now.
And I'm still bad at it.
Man this was my favourite theme when I learned about the game as a kid, now the revamped Fighting is Magic, Them’s Fighting Herds is out and all these memories come flooding back. The music here and in the new game are all splendid; so much personality.
The orchestral bits suit Twilight perfectly, and the big band horns add that certain "spark" to it. The bells make the piece sound quite magical, and that's genius considering Twilight represents the element of magic. The rock bit doesn't suit Twilight well, but that doesn't really matter: That awesome buildup wouldn't work with that bass. The piece sounds so grand, especially with the gong type thing near the end, signifying Twilight's powerful magic.
Classy Composition. 9/10
It's been 10 years and Fighting Is Magic ost still holds up great.😶

My favorite theme is Dashie’s (but, it’s probably because it doesn’t just suit her, but also suits... ME! XD), but Twi’s is definitely my second favorite.

This makes me feel so......AH! I cant describe it! I'm usually very serious and somewhat dull, and music and movies dont usually make me feel emotions. But this! My god I just love it! It's like some sort of happy adrenaline rush that makes me fantasize about happy energetic things like driving a race car through candy land, or, well magical fighting! This has officially earned itself a like and favorite! It has made my day and I just feel so good now! (By the way, this is me talking, not pinkie pie. Pinkie pie's just my username.)

12 years ago? I remember when this dropped. I enjoyed it so much I used it as my alarm. The nostalgia hits like a truck.
I think that if Hasbro really wants to make it up to their fans, they should produce their own fighting game with the majority of their franchises (especially MLP) and hire some of the people what were working on this game

As much as I may cringe at my former self for being a brony, there were some amazing things I still remember from those days, this being one of them. This came into my head and I had to find it, and I am glad I did.

I'm not a brony and don't watch the show, but not only did this game look like a solid fighter, the music really is amazing. I really can see how much some bronies love this show, the amount of effort put into a lot of fan works is outstanding.
I remember when my kindle fire ran out of battery, walking into my grandma's living room. My sister was watching the season 2 finale. I proclaimed to her that it was out (as for why I can't remember). Her telling me to come over and sit down. Never knew about the fandom never knew this was just a two-parter wishing there was more..............there was more on the DVD. Problaly the best fandom ever! THANK YOU ALL WHO INSPIRED ME....THANK YOU FANDOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a shame the game was canned, but to perfectly honest, my favorite aspect of this game has been periodically released since last October. Both yours and Whitetail's music for this game has been absolutely amazing since the start and I hope that, despite the project potentially being terminated, you two continue to make the music you had planned for the game. Because I know I, for one, would love to hear it.

I'm not sure if it's still there or not, but there's a Tribute Edition that an underground group did, where they finished the game (at least up to the Mane 6, and an extra boss, possibly 1-2 hidden characters, and a bunch of extra stages and bug fixes.
Edit: Just checked and the site is still up. Won't link it in case Hasbro tries to have the game taken down again, but you can find it easily. There's also numerous builds that other people/groups have been working on. Needless to say, this game will never die, the MLP fandom can be amazing :D
