Hello Ritu, could you please help. I've tried making the fondant recipe twice but the fondant cracked and couldn't form a Dough. What's the reason? The instructions on the product mentioned to boil the agar for 5 minutes so I did that. Some websites mention to reduce the amount of agar agar as compared to gelatin as it is more stronger. Does the amount of agar need to be less than one tablespoon. The instructions also mentioned to use about 1 GM agar to make 100ml liquid preparation. I don't know what going wrong? Please could you help.

Later in the video you mention that you have soaked the gelatin and you continue to use the word gelatin. mene half quantity use ki aapke sare ingredients ki..it means agar agar 1/2 tbsp,water 1/8 tsp...pani me agar agar dalne ke baad wo bloom ni hua aapke jaisa...watery raha n uske baad microwave karne ke baad set jaisa ho gaya i mean jam gaya....wat could be the mistake..
