Hi Giselle. You know that you shop a lot when you have unopened packages that sit for months 🤭 I don’t think I’ve ever had a subscription service. They have some good things in there. I love your little helper…she’s so cute! 🐾 I can’t wait to see your organization video. I’m still not buying any Dior products because they have not fixed my account and writing their customer service department is a joke! But I will still watch your videos of course! 🫶🏾🤗
Hi Ms. T!!! I simply adore you 🥰 Thank you for always being so supportive 😘 I can’t believe your account hasn’t been fixed yet, that’s crazy! I’d say try calling until you get someone good on the line. Although you’ve probably done that already. I had an issue with my account where the rewards weren’t showing up. And the one good person I got on the line was able to fix it. So please keep trying! There’s so many new launches coming out that look amazing 🤩 I really hate that the customer service is keeping you from trying them 😞 I’m really going to need your input on my organizational video, I have to let go of a lot of stuff. I’m out of storage spot for everything 😂😂😂

I just got the side eye from one of my daughters when I told her that I couldn’t talk because I was in the middle of writing to my “u-tube daughter”! 🤭 I will try to reach out to Dior again soon. I will try to offer my humble opinion regarding the organization series. One obvious piece of advice is, if you’re not going to use it get rid of it. If family or friends don’t want or need it, throw it out. I know that i will find a million reasons why I should keep stuff that I don’t want or can’t use. Yes…I am a hoarder! 🤦🏾♀️ 🙄😲🤫

I'm a complete hoarder as well 🤣 I literally laughed so hard when I read that. You'll see my collection soon! I'm debating if I should get more storage... but I know I need to let a lot go. I'm also going to do an additional video for all my skin care products because that's a whole other mess.. lmao
