The new perfume is awesome! I love how long wearing and inviting it is. I’ve been getting compliments left and right. When u pair the scent with a red lipstick…. You become a complete head turner.🥰

Absolutely love LVEB Iris Absolue. It smells slightly different each time I wear it. It changes constantly throughout the day. There is nothing at all boring or linear about it. In fact, when I took my pillow in hospital with me a few months back. I realised it was on my pillow. the small changed every day. But each day smelled as wonderful as the last. Iris Absolue really helped me through a bad time in my life. I've used two thirds of a bottle since I bought it in ( Think ) March. LVEB L'Extract I bought about a month ago. I've worn it three times. I can't even really say that I like it. I find it very boring. Very linear. The rose stands out the most to me. And I find it to be very sickly sweet. To me L'Extract does not smell anything like the ever changing wonderful powdery iris of LVEB Iris Absolue. They smell completely different. I am really hoping that L'Extract will at least smell better to me when the weather gets cold. But for me Iris Absolue will always be my favourite LVEB. Just in Case...I have already bought two back up bottles.
Totally agree with you it's my favourite too.
I’m glad that brands are toning down the ouds. Oud adds a bit of mystery and depth to a fragrance in small amounts but too much and it smells overwhelming and bitter. And I had the chance to try this new flanker yesterday and I loved it. The starchy, powdery iris note is gloriously feminine and austere.
This is on my wish list. Sprayed to test on my hand at Macy’s. Checking out at Victoria’s Secret the gal at the register said I smelled good and asked what I was wearing. 😬. I have the Iris Absolue flanker and on my skin this is spicier. Gorgeous…

To me is one of the best flankers of this line. It is a limited edition so I buy two just in case.😂
I did order this because the bottle is a knock out, I love Frankincense, and my understanding was that the oud wasn't super strong. Nice to get your thoughts on this. My two favorite LVBs are the Blanche flanker, which is a beautiful soft iris, and the Soleil Cristal flanker. I also have Iris Absolu, so hopefully this won't be too redundant.

Great review, as always! My favorite version, and the only full size bottle I own in the La Vie Est Belle line, is Soleil Cristal. I find the orginal version beautiful on others but not great on me. This new version sounds divine!

i might gift this to my mom for the holidays. i juuuuust got her Iris Absoul, which she loves. she really really likes Creed Royal Princess Oud, and Juliette Has a Gun Another Oud so she might enjoy L'Extrait 🤔

I've wanted to like oud but my nose just gets something super masculine everytime I smell it. Im still going to get my nose on this one and see how it goes.
Same, this one did not tickle my fancy the oud is strong to me! I tried it on my skin as well....NOPE NOPE NOPE GET IT OFF NOW😂
This sounds good but I just got LVEB Iris Absolu and I adore it. I didn’t realize it was a limited release! Glad I went for the big bottle! 😢
La Vie Est Belle Intense and the original are my favorite ones for longevity but I do love En Rose and Intensement / I hope to try to buy all I can from LVEB - I’m slowly getting there!
I'm excited to get my nose on it 😊 I do enjoy a soft, sweet oud, i have the OG and many of the flankers, but not the last (iris) release, so I'm curious to see what a oud flanker would be like😊 I been hoping for a lavender LVEB flanker❤

I smelled the oud one twice and definitely a super horrible smell from opening till dry down. If this would not be lancome it wouldnt have such a hype for sure

While I was buying the Idole Now, the seller showed me this version, the bottle is GORGEOUS, the fragrance was strong on beginning but very pleasure after few minutes, for sure is on my list, question, because is rose and oud that have any similarly with the Kayali Rose Oud??

Oud is such an unpleasant note for me. I was visiting Europe this summer for three weeks and the oud scent was so popular and very very unpleasant to me. 😩 I’m not interested in this parfum. I didn’t expect they would use oud in la vie e belle
La vie est belle lancome i enjoy there scents i dont mind paying money for the scent. My favorite is la vie est belle lancome pink. Im looking at trying another la vie est belle lancome

I was so disappointed. All the reviews were saying how great smelling this flanker is but all I got was nausea and a stomach ache. It smelled bitter and dirt like the soil you place plants in, kind of medicinal. Did not pick up frankincense (which I love). Had to wait til the dry down to get the flower scent. I did just open it so maybe I need to let
it stew for a while. I don't want to regret spending $$ on a flanker I can't enjoy.

Love your review but i must say - i didn't like the editing in the past couple videos... Too much pop ups of words or videos in between the main review. I find that a bit confusing and cannot really focus on YOU and your review...? Maybe reduce it more?
This quick editing style would be more suitable for shorts tho, but your normal videos are better with less editing i think. 🩷 lots of love!
