This video is a lifesaver. Thanks!!! ❤
Thankyou for explaining this. Spent whole weekend sorting this out. 🙌
We're very glad this helped!
Perfectly explained! Thank you
I have set top and bottom limits but it is still possible to move past them if i press the same direction again potentially damaging the blind . Am i not setting limits properly?
The function where you press and hold up or down until you see two flashes of the channel number which is meant to send the blind all the way to the upper or lower limit without stopping at intermediate settings doesn’t seem to work on mine.
Every time I do this the blind will always stop at the next intermediate position. I’m seeing two flashes on the remote and I then release the button as indicated to do so but it just stops at the next intermediate position.
Any idea?
Hi Keyser, in order to bypass any intermediate limits you have to press UP, wait 1 second, then UP again. The same goes for the opposite direction, press DOWN, wait 1 second, then DOWN again.

How do you actually get the remote to work ? ( Mine has stopped but blue light’s working) Thnks
Hello Beverley, the remote has power if the blue light is working - it may need pairing with the blind or if it's a multi-channel remote, switching to the channel the blind is paired with. You can try selecting all the channels to see if it works that way too.

@@LouvoliteBlinds thank you
I can do the first step. But it does not work when i try to select a channel
Hi Hugo, please refer to the step at 4:44 as you may have locked the channels on your remote. If not, you can navigate the channels on your multi-channel remote using the left & right arrows.
@@LouvoliteBlinds I have figured it out. I had the battery in wrong the whole time😂😂
Which is not unreasonable as I cannot get remote working and am trying both ways. Sounds like an obvious question but is there any way I can tell the remote is actually working before trying to pair?
@@PhilEadie65 Haha i had struggles at the start aswell. Honestly. It’s designed badly, hard to tell if it’s on… but.. if you click the right arrow button a blue light will appear at the top and that’ll show if it’s on… i had struggles too mate
@@hugoharris7581 Thanks for the reply. I worked it out. The connector at the side of the battery holder was pushed down rather than up to grip the battery and form a circuit.
How to reset one channel
Hello Navars - to delete memory of one channel, select the channel and press and hold STOP on the remote for 5 seconds. The motor will jog and then press SET on the back of the remote, the blind will jog again and the channels memory will be deleted.
Factory reset does not wipe positions.
