    The Stevens paper instructions are just so complicated they can't be understood. If using the amazing "hub" and the APP I could not find information to tell you to log in and out of the APP when re-setting. The installers were here 2+ hours and still didn't get the hub to properly work and so I took another 2 hours to work it out and in the end this video was the perfect option for setting the blind. It is excellent. Now I need to find a video on using the "hub". The instructions which come with the blinds are not for the general public. I am sorry about that and I used to write computer training manuals!

    I've got a replacement motor but can't take the old one out. It's meant to just slide out but it does not give at all. Any ideas?!

    worse motorised blinds ever. when they go flat, they lose memory settings. rechargeable batteries do not last long. so frustrating and not value for money

    .The paper and online instructions seem to tally only with the initial fit on motorised section . Very frustrating..so complicated. So much time spent trying to sort this out . Never again 😠life is too short 😅

      We recharged our bedroom blind 2 months ago it had not needed charging for 10 months.
      Also over a period of months the blind gradually moved up from the preset position from the window ledge.
      The company we get them from sent a young man out last Saturday to sort out the problem as I had no clue how to do it.
      We were not given any instruction manual with the blinds.
      For the past four days now the blind in the bedroom has been bleeping on the upward movement, now this morning the blind has basically died.
      I have managed to move it up by a couple of inches, the remote is completely dead.
      We are also experiencing the same problem with the bathroom blind creeping up beyond the preset level now as well ???
      As these blinds and four hand sets cost a fortune I don’t expect to be getting these kind of problems after only a year?
      Who is responsible for a technical engineer to call out and look at all of these blinds.
      I am disabled and confined to a wheelchair so recharging these blinds is a huge problem for me.
      Is it the blinds remotes or what is going wrong????

    I cant set the limits. Depressing the L button does not make the blinds jog. The red button on the blinds makes the blinds jog. The depressing C button makes the blind jog but the L button does not do anything other lights uo the channel number on the front of remote? Can you help. I want to change my limits

    Does anyone know where I can buy one of these remotes? I bought these blinds from Hilary's and apparently it is impossible to get a remote sent out due to Corona

    Hi, can one channel operate 3 blinds at once?

      Yes it can. Toggle the side button till all 5 lights on the top of the remote are on together. Then by pressing either the up or down button all blinds programmed on that remote will move together.

    How do I delete all blinds from a remote so I can start again. I have 2 blinds on the same number I can't seem to change this

      @@agoodshort yes. On here ... It was a video.. if you type how to add and delete channels from your motorised blinds remote control. The company was I seek blinds. Something like connect the blind like your adding it and just keep pressing the button or something., Easy once you've watched the video.
