    BANANA SPLIT PIE
    INGREDIENTS: Graham cracker pie crust, 8 oz cream cheese (softened), 3/4 c powdered sugar, 2 bananas (sliced), 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained), 8 oz cool whip (thawed), 1/8 c coarsely chopped peanuts, maraschino cherries (drained)
    INSTRUCTIONS: In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended. Spread the cream cheese mixture in an even layer over the graham cracker crust. Layer sliced bananas over the cream cheese. Next layer the crushed pineapple over the bananas. Cover the top with a layer of cool whip. Top the dessert with chopped peanuts and maraschino cherries. Refrigerate until completely chilled. Serve cold.
    BUTTERGINGER RICE KRISPY TREATS
    INGREDIENTS: 1/4 butter, 10.5 oz. mini marshmallows, 1/2 c creamy peanut butter, 6 c Rice Krispies cereal, 5.7 oz. Butterfinger candy bars (3 - 1.9 oz candy bars or 9 Fun size)
    INSTRUCTIONS: Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place Butterfingers in a plastic bag and crush. In a large non stick pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat and add the peanut butter stirring constantly until it has melted and is thoroughly mixed. Mix in crushed Butterfingers. Add Rice Krispies and mix completely. Press into 9x13 pan evenly and let set up.
    BOILED COOKIES
    INGREDIENTS: 2 c sugar, 1/2 c cocoa, 1/2 c milk, 1/2 c butter, 1/4 tsp salt, 3 c quick cooking oatmeal, 2 tsp vanilla
    INSTRUCTIONS: Mix sugar, cocoa, salt, milk, and butter in a large saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat till mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add oatmeal and vanilla. Stir until proper consistency to drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
