I agree with all my fellow viewers - just a perfect way to end a day, and a work week. I think of these videos as my Moment of Zen. So peaceful and happy! It's funny to think of someone you've never met as a friend, however I do. Thanking you for everything you do - you're a treasure.
How lovely you are Michelle, thank you so much for your kind comment! I'm so happy that you enjoyed the video and my channel, have a wonderful weekend! Hugs oxo
Great haul Tiffany, I love the excitement in your voice when you find treasure after treasure. I enjoy watching your videos and learning about 'stuff'. LOL.
Ty for all that you share, such lovely and beautiful animals that you have, I enjoy the relaxing end of your videos. Wonderful tribute to your mum ,RIP, sweet lady. 💖
I love watching your videos and have been watching you from the beginning. I have a strong southern accent, but when shopping with my husband, my favorite thing to say is, "It's not ever such good quality," with a woefully attempted British accent. 😄 You're a delightful person.
What a fine shopping trip. Tiffany, you found so many wonderful pieces. I just got home from a weekend trip and am so pooped. Your video was perfect! As always, relaxing and so tranquil. Thank you.
Oooh! I found Blue Sky CLayworks salt and pepper shakers (turkeys) at my Goodwill this weekend! I knew exactly what the company was from watching Tiffany :) I only paid $4 for the pair.
The Terra cotta wall hanging was made by rolling out a roundish clay and taking a DOILY and pressing it into the clay. You can see the crocheted stitch-work at the 45:43 mark. . Then it was shaped & hanging blocks put in with hanging wire & allowed to dry. All hand done.. Thanks for taking us along & seeing your selecting process.
Wow! Another very informative and educational video. I finally found another woman who loves antiques like I do and I am half British😊 Fantastic job on your videos. I am subscribing. I am a woman and an antique dealer myself, except I sell to the auctions. But I hate giving them 30%.😢 I’m thinking now I need to sign up with eBay. You’re getting great prices and you have a great eye for things. It’s also called experience I know.Thank you for your videos. Wishing you the best. ❤️😌🙏✝️🙂
Hi Tiffany really enjoyed your video. I found it yesterday but saved it to go with my Sunday morning coffee hope you're all well love too you all Margaret UK 🇬🇧
Sure do enjoy your videos feel like I'm there with you love seeing all that's on those shelves and noligue helps me feel comfortable with prices when I shop THANKS FOR SHARING 💞💞 The fabulous endings is my fav nature at its best ❤❤
Re: your tip about thrifting things you like, I find I also list things more quickly if I like them. Whenever I buy a supposed BOLO that I don't care for personally, it inevitably stays in my death pile a while because I don't enjoy handling, cleaning, or researching it.
I saw a seller on another platform, just this morning, call those 4 clear rabbits, candy containers. Appareently the cavity was filled with candy and covered with cardboard.
I very much enjoy your videos. I’ve learned SO much from you! I now have a lot of items to sell but don’t know how to package them for shipping. I did see your video demonstrating how to wrap fragile items so I’m good there. But where do you get your boxes? Do you buy many of a variety of sizes to have on hand? Or do you use just one or two sizes to box your items for shipping? Also, you know what type glass items are just by looking at them. How can I tell if something is ceramic, porcelain or bone china or another type of material? I’m afraid to write my descriptions wrong when I post them! Thank you for your wonderful, informative and cheerful videos. They always make me feel excited and happy! And thank you in advance for any help you can give me in answer to my questions! Lynn
Check those snowball candle holders. Kosta Boda are smaller on the bottom and top opening and they are rougher texture. Indiana or another company did make copies.
Maybe sometimes pick up those few heavy items and let the customers that really want them choose to pay the shipping. They will if they really want the item!
Saw you liked crewel embroidery. I checked the value of my crewel Blue Bonnet margarine pair. Sadly eBay had only 19.99. Doesn’t even cover the postage.
I believe the NINJ"Y"A jointed wall hanging is a hobbyist piece. Someone young that was not sure how Ninja is spelled. It's still a nice find saving it from the landfill. $15-$18 would be fair for resale. Just saying.
i think, the brown and orange ceramic vase ist so called fat lava west german pottery from the 70 th. i collect these, they are all gourgeous. greetings from germany
I price my items based on their current market value or what similar pieces are selling for on online platforms such as eBay, Etsy and Poshmark. I most frequently use eBay's sold listings as my research tool. Thank you so much for watching!
What do you do with all the baby guppies? My Nephew started with 1 tank and 2 guppies 6 months later 4 tanks filled with guppies......I got very tired of cleaning tanks....wanted to know if fish could be neutered.........🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟
Hello my friend! I have found that local pet stores will gladly take them, or you could sell them on local online marketplaces. The best solution would be to keep males and females in separate tanks. Thank you so much for watching! oxo
I've seen you pass up things you like because of tape over paper. I'm wondering if it could be streamed loose. Maybe try it first on something very inexpensive.
Hi Tiffany! Thanks for today. I just had to correct you a little bit. The owl was made by Lisa Larson. you might have found the Inga because of Ingrid Bergman?😊 any way she sadly passed earlier this year. Her figures are always very very popular among us Swedes.
I believe that Tiffany is more correct. Not one of Lisa Larson's owl pieces have the same eyes as Tiffany's found bank. Nor looks as primative as the style. Ingrid Bergman is an actress and Inger Persson is an artist. Unless you found this particular bank, I don't see how you thought to correct her.
Are you still looking for a booth in an antique mall or so? I ask because I see you more than once pass by heavy items, you might have bought if you had a booth. I hope you’re still looking. I live in the Netherlands and we have like a chain of thrift stores, not as big and nice as yours unfortunately..🤗But sometimes pieces get separated like the cat on nest. Then one part goes to one shop and the other part to another..such a shame.😢
Thank you so much for watching! I like to give my subscribers and viewers the first chance to buy the treasures I find. If you're interested in purchasing an item featured in this video's haul, please send an email to ThriftingVegas.Tiffany@gmail.com. Please include your name, your mailing address, the item you're interested in and your offer. Why do they put tape around stuff like that or the sticker on the front or something why not never on the back or the bottom especially the paper or something that would tear or damage the product I don't know why all goodwills do that The one back here in Pennsylvania does the same thing I don't get it
Please tell me why people are saying "these ones" as opposed to "these?" It started with Gen Z but now I hear older adults doing this. Did this trend take hold in the UK as well?
@@ThriftingVegas I thought you were British which was why I mentioned the UK. Love your accents either way. Anyway, thanks for the response and the videos..
Google Lens doesn't tell you what an item IS. It compares your photo to similar items. So it could show some Glassy Babies or it might just show similar looking candle holders. Sometimes it shows something completely different. I recently used Google Lens on a candle holder and I got sets of glassware in the results. This morning I used it on some golf club covers and got baby stroller accessories! Not even close!

The terra cotta art pottery was made with a doily.

Hi love your channel. A question
Why don’t you pull the blanket over your first level in cart. Then put more stuff on that. Like when you’re moving?😊
I have a question: Do you ever find books that are valuable at the Good Will?
Are you still looking for a booth in an antique mall or so? I ask because I see you more than once pass by heavy items, you might have bought if you had a booth. I hope you’re still looking.

The Japanese character on the ninja hanging says "shinobi," which is another way of saying "ninja." :)
? Do you charge shipping separately or is it included with the quoted prices you tell us in your video?
