Nice watching some kog'maw. Super underrated pick for lane control agaisnt mages, specially with low movility. I still prefer E max for waveclear since it allows you to poke and reset faster, and the runes are good enough to sustain mana isues until tear build, or double Lost chapter item build (like malign/luden's). Glad you had fun playing it

AP Kog is fun! It just takes a while to get online and needs a frontline, some melee champs who want to get in there and scrap. But I'm happy to see you playing him. Would definitely watch if you plan to play him more.

Unless you have to live through dive, never go this item build and I don’t even think it’s good for those situations either.
Highest dmg is malignance liandey void rabadons pen boots and should be the general core you stick to. With last item being situational.
Last items:
Blackfire for highest poke dmg
Rylais to help out other in hitting skills or setting up chase
Zhonias for dive that is really hard to outplay
Morello for teams with really high healing
Nashors for the highest Tank DPS (1200 DPS vs a 5k 300 mr target, vs blackfire having almost 1k)
As for mr items I guess Banshees is good into dangerous hard ccs, but mr is definitely the awkwardest to find. I guess it can also sometimes be a tank mr item. Like spirit with shielding and healing in your team and karmic if you don’t have any shielding and healing in your team.
Edit: yes I already ran the math on mura mana it sucks.
