Thanks for the ideas, I have already changed my language settings of computer, phone and most of games to build an environment of English, but it’s a good suggestion to watch or read more in English

Great question! It can be difficult to find English speaking opportunities. You have to be really proactive. Try to make friends who speak English and chat with them. You could meet people online through apps like Discord or HelloTalk.
You could also meet people in person by attending events. You can find events on Facebook and websites like Meetup or Couchsurfing.
