He walked himself to jail, not the other way around. Not only did he FAFO at the traffic stop he couldn't help but do it in court as well.

Remember recommendations are just that, a recommendation not the actual sentence.
@@sladewilson9741That's not what happened here. The maximum sentence would have been 180 days for each charge. He only got 90 for each, so he got a medium sentence. His contemptuous behavior before the trial, and then during sentencing certainly didn't help his case, but that's his fault. If you are facing time for a charge and then show up to court with contemptuous, disrespectful behavior, then you shouldn't expect leniency during sentencing. As a matter of fact, expecting leniency after calling her bailiff a pig, then doubling down on the comment with gestures to the judge during sentencing is outrageously unreasonable.

I’ve seen so many court cases on YT, and I struggle to think of any time where the judge has exceeded the recommended sentence by so much. He really got under her skin, as is his “talent”.

I love that he states "I'm going to court tomorrow for the same charge in a different case" as if that somehow helps him. As if he's expecting "Oh, then we'll just drop this one" or "well if you keep getting arrested and tried for the same charges at different times, then clearly you must be innocent". That actually tells the judges "I'm a repeat offender who refuses to learn from multiple arrests and charges, so you should give me the maximum penalty".

I'd like to hear the phone call he makes to the person in Indiana he's "helping" that he won't be able to make it because he's in jail. Yes, Chilli wanted to pretend he was in control and tried that by saying "Okay I'll give up my phone, but I'll give it to somebody else" - typical frauditor type activity. But the court official was like "Nope, you're giving it to me, even if that means I simply take it from you".

He was taking someone being mouthy to the Judge into custody and if this was any other officer it would have gone completely sideways because the person was starting to resist and the Judge stopped the entire detainment to threaten prison time if the guy "said one more word."
The detained guy was pulling away and trying to kinda drop to the floor but not happening with my officer. Most of the other guys would have dropped him and it would have been a scene.
He got jacked up and held really close. Proximity and a little bit of physical motivation to move forward and out of the court room he went, silently. It was beautiful.
I imagine that this Nevada Marshall would have done something similar.

I've said this on several other channels today, but I will say it here as well: there is only one single, solitary problem with this verdict. The eighth amendment of the Constitution, which the defendant in this case claims to hold in such reverence and high regard, specifically forbids the use of "cruel and unusual punishments". And now Judge Zimmerman has condemned ALL the other prisoners at that jail to nearly six months of that, by having to share their forever-home and meagre facilities with this braindead arsewanker.
Unless he pisses them off like he did the judge and ends up getting shoved into solitary for trying to act like a big man when we all know he is as you said "a brandead arsewanker" although I prefer the term "utter cockwomble".

I watched the whole trial. Just about an hour and a half. I now have a new favorite judge. I’m thinking about sending the judge a bouquet of flowers and a marriage proposal.
I have to say as a female, I am not afraid to be pulled over by the police, but I WOULD be freaking out if some random nut job approached the police officer and my car filming and trying to talk to me. I would assume there was something wrong with them, and I would ask the officer to get him away from me for my safety.

Iam not even female and if a 'man' like Chillie approached my traffic stop I'd do the same thing, or even ask the officer If I can move somewhere else to handle our business as I don't trust the way he looks. The officer did mention that he asked if the two were associated. Since they were not, it was time for Chilli to step back. The judge correctly surmised that he did want to get arrested.
This he can record but he can do it from afar, but he wont get any usable content if he don't piss off the driver, and or the cop sigh. Its very basic you can record you can't shout stupid ass shit at them, you can't harrass people I hate that they harras people like he didn't have a camera and they record him doing that shit to them 9/10 he would get a freaking restraining order, and possible charges for harrasment. When he tried to speak favorably about his client during sentencing, it just... feels bad. I know it's his job, and he was obligated to try. Still, how can you defend someone like this?
I'm not entirely sure he actually believes it. I think he thought he had the right to be an asshole and get away with it so he can sell worthless merchandise and eek out a living since he has no other marketable skills (except for being an asshole, of which there are very few job openings). Just my opinion.

I was disappointed at first when the prosecutor didn’t cross-examine him, but when I saw how disappointed Chile was, I realized ahead of time she probably showed good strategy. He had a whole rant ready.
I was wondering if they were going to establish he was not an accredited journalist and therefore not protected by the 1st Amendment. This was established by the Washington State supreme court but not yet in Nevada.
He admitted to both charges. She didn’t have to.
Obstruction - He admitted to going far enough to satisfy Arizona’s law, which didn’t apply in Nevada. The distraction of continued arguing over distance thereafter was the obstruction.
Resisting - He “may have” flexed due to his wrestling and MMA training.
Prosecution didn’t need anything more from him.
Only a Constitutional law scholar of Chille’s magnitude can turn a suspended sentence and a fine (that his cult would most likely pay on his behalf) into 6 months in jail! 😂🤦🏻♂️😂
