You might have meant "she has bad technique". She hasn't. As a music teacher I can tell you that's very far from the truth. She has great technique, impressive range, power and pitch control.

She's very much on pitch, although some of her melodies are a bit unorthodox. She's excellent live too, almost pitch perfect without any auto-tuning help. BTW I'm a music teacher and a studio musician. But please give me your rebuttal, perhaps link to a clip where she sings off key? Or, as you say, "misses the frequencies"?

Love the song! Winona Ryder did a very good impression of Bjork on SNL years ago. I think it was during one of those Jeopardy sketches.
Actually it turned out that Iceland did incredibly well and totally recovered from the financial crisis, as opposed to all the other countries that bailed out their bankers.

I don't understand why people portray her as an airhead just because she is a little eccentric. She doesn't ever talk about silly/childish subjects, but is rather intelligent and talks like anyone else. She's just very imaginative.
