Bitmain APW3 Modification for 13.8 VDC

A simple modification to increase the DC voltage of a Bitmain AP3 PSU (and many others) to 13.8 for use as a Bench Power Supply.
These Chinese power supplies can often be found on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and eBay for less than $20... shipping included!
DANGER! Lethal voltage and current contained within these units. Always disconnect the PSU from the AC mains when servicing and keep your fingers well away from the innards.

Mine is not going above 12.3VOLTS

I did this but im using 110vac instead of 220vac. I backed the adjustment all the way out and only got to 12.67v (from 12.22). I tightened it back to 12.66 but the gain wasn't really what i needed so maybe I'll put it back to 12.22 until i figure out what to change to bump this up to 13.5-14.5vdc

I have already investigated on many websites and with professional electricians and they tell me that a resistor that does not allow the voltage to rise needs to be changed. because the same source is protected if its reader detects that it is over its limit
