Ranveer made this really awkward was not able to handle yuvrajs attitude, he was asking questions in a template format fixed in his mind and was not able to change it according to the flow of conversation. Anyway learning experience for future interviews.

My perspective -yuvi liked to have a normal conversation and ranbeer is eager to find depth and philosophy in every sentence making the conversation go out of synch

Yuvraj is not honest or I'll say real in this podcast, before answering any questions he is editing his sentences multiple times in his mind to make it correct in every perspective which will have no consciousness later.

Sehwag was right about Yo-Yo tests,if Yo-Yo tests were there in this era of 2000 onwards,lot of cricketers, stalwarts,legends would fail that test. As i said there is lot of positives from Kohli's captaincy ,he has improved the culture,the fitness,Indian cricket team's image & more. He has done all the right things but he hasn't delivered a trophy. It's more like Ganguly's era,Ganguly Dada developed a fantastic squad but he could not reap the benefits,Dhoni did. Although Kohli had the best of talent at his disposal,failure of delivering trophies would be his only regret

You need to have carbs and protein at previous night and the morning of play and then 1 hour before play you need to have a pure carb meal which doesn’t have protein and fat because you need energy to burn and protein will take a long time to digest, whereas carbs will burn fast.
Aloo paratha is disaster food for sportspersons because yes it contains 44% carbs and about 7% protein, but it also has 49% of fat which means it will make a sportsperson lethargic on the field because the body will start to burn a lot of energy on its own just to digest all that fat.
Something as simple as a peanut butter sandwich is an excellent snack, 1 hour before game time.

This was the best era I have ever seen,1995-2015 more over so 2000 to 2015. This is the best cricketing era I have ever seen,i haven't seen the era of Kapil Dev,Gavaskar sir,but whatever I have witnessed in these two decades, that's the best ever seen. Post 2015 our team has not been successful under Kohli, although we went to WTC finals twice & there was some unfortunate events. Like Sachin,Kohli's bad luck in captaincy has continued from RCB to Indian cricket. Kohli is a fantastic individual,i love that he has strengthened our game away from home,he has brought in aggression & changed the image of Indian cricket otherwise,but overall that hasn't transferred into silverware. We have a very great chance to win World Cup this time under Rohit.

@@intheair5434 Dhoni took us to many finals,finals is about hardwork&luck. Dhoni has retained India as number 1 in tests for two years,while Kohli probably has done for 5 years. Finals have very small margin for error&we have been to many finals under Dhoni when it comes to limited overs cricket&there are always reasons behind what didn't happen. Kohli's strengthening of India's test cricket dominance,overall dominance away from the home is the biggest impact he has made,i would not be lying because he had to face the transition from legends retiring to giving youth the chance&he still maintained&improved overall standards. It might be the luck which was never with his side be it RCB or Indian cricket

Virat's positives still cannot cover for his failings as captain to win trophies,surely Rohit is benefitting from the foundation laid by Virat. I think Yuvi was not comfortable with the quality of questions and looked totally dispassionated to answer...however to be fair to Yuvi not everyone is philosophical and so deep in life... majority of people in the world are like Yuvi who live on the surface and in the moment who enjoy lighter aspects of life...This podcast is totally unlike Yuvi's nature hence he seemed detached from the podcast most of the time
