Hi Marco Den Toom. You are one of the best Musician in the World. Brilliant,Kunstnerisk unik,De giver en masse styrke og kærlighed med din fortolkning. Hope you will understand my Translation. Best Wishes from Germany.
Very interesting variation of Aria and Sarabande. Oh! And he plaing without partiture! In my life I have heard two of the best performances of the Cathedral Suite - this and Luca Gadeliya's.
Enjoyed. Like the sample set.. I grew up near this composer in Kansas too. Didn't get to study with him:bu close associates. Great performances with feeling posted. Thanks.
A combination of both analog and digitally produced sounds is the future. Musicians of every kind need to be aware of this trend and educate themselves in what is now our infinite range of sounds possibilities. Here's to the future... starting now! Thanks for sharing. Well done.
Charles, I could not agree more. My church just purchased a brand new Rodgers Infinity Series 361 with ALL the bells and whistles and the Roland Integra 7 MIDI system that contains 6,000 (yes, that's SIX THOUSAND!) voices. I absolutely love the new organ, it can accommodate music from ALL periods, and the fascinating MIDI voices open up a wonderful world of musical possibilities and effects never before accessible with just pipes. Everything on the organ is adjustable, every stop can be tailored to meet my particular demands for any given piece of music - hence the name Infinity Series. Of course, I still love the sound and sensation that only a fine pipe organ can create, but I'll tell you what, Charles, given the choice between my new Rodgers organ with 376 stops and 6000 MIDI voices and a 40 rank collection of crap in a dead room, I'm going with Rodgers EVERY SINGLE TIME! Of that, I can assure you. I hear so many misguided organists exclaim: "The mighty pipe organ: there is no substitute." Nothing could be further from the truth because oh yes, there is, and his name is RODGER!
Nice playing…. but who wants to go to a Church service or organ concert and try to admire a bunch of microchip circuitry, amplified? It's like trying to admire the beauty , texture, color , and fragrance… of a PLASTIC FLOWER.
A reasonable point, but if the speakers are adequate and placed out of sight on an organ gallery with the pipe organ still present but silent - would you be able to tell the difference? I like to think I would, but the microchips and samples have advanced so far that I'm not sure I could anymore, and I listen to a lot of organ music both recorded and live. I also have to say that these samples are from 'premier' organs which an impoverished church could only dream of being able to afford. If their aging 'box of whistles' needs thousands and thousands spent on it just to make all the notes work and to stop the leaks, it's not difficult to see why a virtual organ is an attractive proposition. I'm talking 'virtual' organ here such as a Hauptwerk derived instrument, not an off-the-shelf digital organ from the likes of Viscount, Makin, and others which still have a long way to go to catch up.
Not every church is in the happy position of being able to find the money for the purchase or restoration of a pipe organ. Not every pipe organ is worth restoring anyway. Personally I'd far rather have the praise led by a good digital organ than a guitar band.
Yes, David, your point is well taken. Some churches just can't afford the price of a pipe organ, and some are not worth the price of restoring a piece of junk. A Digital Organ would be better than some dreadful praise band. BUT... some cheap out.... just because they're cheap asses. In general, you get what you pay for.

Rigaudon! It was our Wedding Song! I love it! 😍
Sr. Marco para mim, que não sei tocar órgão o órgão é o rei de todos os instrumentos musicais, gosto muito de o ver tocar .
Fijn dat deze super goede organist het orgel in de nieuwe kerk in katwijk komt opfleuren😌😉
Fantastisch!! En helemaal uit je hoofd. Hoe presteer je het.
Prachtig!!!!

Beautiful playing.
Nice pipe facade, but what did they do with the rest of the pipes?
Goggle P It's a virtual organ. There are no pipes, only speakers
Hauptwerk sampleset 'Van Dam-orgel', O.L.V.-kerk Tholen (NL) - Voxus organs.

I'm going to borrow your 'plastic flower' comparison!
AMEN!
