Lots of bobbing but not a lot of surfing. I was more impressed with the smart surfer at 2:15 who came equipped with windshield wipers.
There was some good surfing while I was live streaming.

I wonder, do the people up-north talk crap about those that go surfing during these storms? Because even at just red flags, they diss everyone who even gets in the water, down here on the southern coast.
Probably. The reality is that the water in this video is incredibly tame compared to what normal conditions are in other parts of the world. It's just that the residents here aren't used to it, so it's "crazy", but it's actually very mild. Check out "The Wedge" in Corona Del Mar, Newport Beach, CA. That place gets pretty gnarly for US waters and people still body surf it.
