You are so blessed to live in one of the most idealic scenic cruising areas in the world. We are blessed that you and Lady Z are sharing it with us. Thank You! Great photography!!!!
Missed seeing an episode this week, so I went back and watched this lovely video with Lady Z. It is very encouraging to us soon to be boaters again. Thank you for making these wonderful slices of BC Coastal cruising!!! Cheers!!!
Every time Lady Z takes over the galley such wondrous things appear on the table. Consider maybe a few recipes for us, the unwashed? Just a few and the more spice the better! So much fun to watch your cruise.
At 16:36. You said that (Interlux) Micron CSC is a non-ablative, hard paint. My understanding is that it is an ablative paint. (I hope I'm right, since I painted the entire hull of our boat with it!). 🤔 Thanks for your great videos!
Thank you for sharing this awesome video with us. It is a unique perspective and how you navigate the obstacles in this area. Thank you again for the inspiration and sending much love.
Loved the lighting, music, drone shots, and the story. I’m a sucker for lamb. Never tried it spicy, but definitely would give it a go sometime. Glad you’re getting some sunny weather. Keep the vids coming!
The Bahama's got nothing on you Peter. Other boat channels may struggle with content if there's no boat work. But summer cruising is this channel's highlight of the year.
Monday morning, UK, 6.30am and preparing for work after a wonderful week in Austria. This video is just about the right thing to ease the pain!!! Fabulous
When I saw the garlic cloves on the cutting board (17:43) with the long shoots all. I could think of was: : “ Ahhh, pan fried white mice for dinner”, Bon appetite!
I have to say Crabbies Ginger beer is one of my favourite drinks, and the good bit is over here in the UK, it can be obtained at most supermarkets with relative ease
The spicy lamb burgers looked great. I love the food content! I also appreciate you adding the travel time when you scroll along on the map showing your cruising path. I always watched on the past without knowing exactly how long each trip was.
I usually save your videos for my evening entertainment. Good thing I've eaten already, I would have eaten the cupboards bare including the spicy spices.
Thank you for another great episode!!! FYI - please keep an eye on that transducer because Micron CSC is an ablative bottom paint and will wear away quickly in that application.
I know you're not going to like it, but I really prefer the boat repair videos. There are so many wooden boats that are in need of your skills. In particular there is an interesting rum runner I saw awhile back on craigslist. A boat like that would be a major victory for someone like you. 🤘😎
@@Brewdiss Absolutely not riled. In jest, most followers on some channels wine about doing the work. Peter makes work look like flow art. That with a desire to make form and function sweet. Happen to be vicariously enjoying his cruising rewards of years of hard work given I am not going anywhere working at anchor fitting out presently. Must keep an eye on the goal.
Great video Peter. It was nice seeing that you two are able to get out cruising this last week and do a little maintenance on M/V Zephyrus as well. That's a winning combination for your videos in my opinion when you mix the two activities, always enjoy seeing you complete projects, even if they are small ones. Has Lady Z ever thought of having you add an upper helm or just a seating area and canopy to M/V Zephyrus? Seems like it would be useful as extra topside space and make for some spicy construction footage.
Hello Peter, I have been following your channel since your travel days in Texas where the food can be SPICY and the beer is generally bland. I enjoy the shows where you produce great quality woodwork projects with ordinary tools and modest facilities, but I also enjoy the food presentation and stunning photography. I look forward every week to the next episode. Thank you for sharing your interesting life with us and your great story telling. I can hardly wait for the cliff hanger to unfold Carl Albert
Happy cruising waters, grand to see you both enjoying them. So close though they will have to wait another season. Ginger spice beer, never made it before, when I do aboard it has a namesake waiting. Lady Z cooking looks even better than the restaurants! Thanks, this all keeps my spirits up as I run out of time at anchor in fitting out, to work I must return.
Boat Inlet looks like a Spicey route for a boat to cruise through. It reminds me of “No Inlet Inlet” near Sitka Alaska. It’s fun to see rapids in an inlet with intertidal animals along the shore. Great times on the water!! Thanks
Peter the sail past, at the end , was a nice touch. My eyes are still burning from how spicy those lamb sliders were. Lady Z , I cook the same way as you. A lil of this, a lil of that. . . Love it. The flavors and textures ,of the food, meld together so well. Excellent! thanks for the drone shots. Peter please confirm you got my email last week, for t-shirt. I don’t do computers well, anymore. Thank you
That evening in Winter Cove looked very special amazing backdrop and I enjoyed the drone shots. These locations look breath taking and the awesome food you cook makes me hungry! We have Crabbies ginger beer here in the UK I will have to try it now.
Pirates Cove, one of my favorite anchorage to go for a walk. Nothing better then a spicy meal followed by an ice cold beverage or two or three, all depends on how spicy you like it.
Its nice to see some cruising in those spectacular waters. I had the alternator shop bump up my 100 amp alternator to 200 amps, on my Ford Lehman 120 a decade ago, (up from the original 50 amps), they assured me a single v belt was satisfactory, and it has been. In the “old days” you’d need to run a double belt. I don’t want to quote the largest alternator I could run from memory with a single belt but it was quite a bit higher
Fantastic looking foody weak love those burgers I just had to raid the fridge and cupboards but only ended up with a few mini scotch egg bites and a packet of steak flavoured crisps, W e did however have some Crabbies available
Another great video, thanks Peter :) You do realize it's winter here in New Zealand, don't you ! Very envious :) I'm preparing 'Tangaroa' for cruising the Queen Charlotte Sound next Summer (January/February) She doesn't have a tender or outboard, so on the lookout for a clinker dingy at the moment. What size electric outboard do you have ? Does it do everything you want it to ? Kind regards, John.
At 8:18; my first though was, "it's a shame the path wasn't closer to the dock so you could fly the drone to the paths start and edit the transition from flight to walking seamlessly" (hopefully). ;-)
cost of living is going up. petrol has gone up. and other people are giving you money to enjoy yourself. mmmmm something not quite right there. ah well, that's life let's all buy a boat.
I'm a bit surprised that I don't see you eating more curry, if at all! Kindly correct this aberration of your heritage - or my perception please Peter!
, Nothing like the sound of 2 full glasses going clink, clink with 2 friends, cheers to you.
So glad Lady Z has become more comfortable in front of the camera, nice addition to Have her in the vids!

Nice to see a kayak in the water😀
A spicy Beer to accompany the spicy lamb,
My compliments to the sommelier.
Thanks Peter for sharing with us I look forward to these episodes.
Glad to see Lady Z in the canoe brings back memories of making Fibreglass canoes in school 55 years ago
Thought Lady Z was pretty much ornamental until I saw her prepare the burgers - NOW I"M in love!!!
A beautiful place shared with beautiful Lady Z
Stay safe and we'll see you next week.
Every time Lady Z takes over the galley such wondrous things appear on the table. Consider maybe a few recipes for us, the unwashed? Just a few and the more spice the better! So much fun to watch your cruise.
Very spicy episode. That said, as others have commented, your filming and production of each episode gets better and better. Great job Peter.
Thanks so much.
Just love this channel, thank you for bringing us All along.
Nice discussion about belt tension. Growing up in Ontario I learned to love ketchup. Mayo was not my go to food! Thx Ken
Beautiful cruising

Hello from Princes Bay. Harmony and Piper
Just spray contact adhesive on the workings stops slippage or non vulcanised rubber works perfectly and lasts
Thank you for sharing this awesome video with us. It is a unique perspective and how you navigate the obstacles in this area. Thank you again for the inspiration and sending much love.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Lamb Burgers hmmm sounds interesting beautiful scenery out and about your very lucky to enjoy that experience
Man, that cut looks like a great place to fish.
What a wonderful cruise! Goodonyas!
Loved the lighting, music, drone shots, and the story. I’m a sucker for lamb. Never tried it spicy, but definitely would give it a go sometime. Glad you’re getting some sunny weather. Keep the vids coming!
Great spicy episode Peter and lady Z !!! The fan belt wasn’t spicy but very interesting take on how to set one up. Cheers 🥂
Sure is beautiful there.

Lovely place you have there

Another way is use a rasp or a rough file on the belt sometimes I've just used the bread knife lol..
what a life, well earned. have fun you two...
Thanks Stu.
I am enjoying your cruise around the islands
You’re best cinematography yet! ( and I’ve been a viewer since your Riverport Rover days)
That's very generous, thank you Phil.
Thank you for another great episode!!!

Looks like you two are having a wonderful cruise. Nice video.
We are, thank you
What a nice lifestyle, Cheers
It certainly is.
Lady Z does some pretty awesome cooking, can I come to dinner?
A great cruising holiday in such a picturesque part of the world, (and lots of good food and drink too!). Perfect!
Love the Spicy sailing dingy!!!
I love that nice old Perkins 4.236 Peter, they don't build them like that any more. Spicy :-)
Cheers 🍻
Who doesn’t love a spicy burger!
Right!
Melange is the secret ingredient in a Bene Gesserit spicy burger.

Glutton, there is time enough for the Poem awaits in the shed.
@@braithmiller Fair enough, I didn't intend to rile anyone. I was defeated by an o-ring and a star washer today, what do I know.🤘😎

Great as always. We are at anchor in Genoa Bay as we speak. Yes, the restaurant is excellent.
Keeping our eyes open for Zephyress.

Beautiful sunsets! The food 👍🏼 Good Times
Try mixing your crabbies with spiced rum. Super yummy

may your spicy cruise continue ...up the coast to Desolation Sound?

Hope Lady Z doesn’t get too spicy when she finds out what you used her toothbrush for. 😳

She is!

That was a spicy episode!
Spicy Lamb Burger? Don't think I've ever had one. I'll have to try it.
I think its pronounce (Hoo-Ghee) for Hoge. Had a friend when I was a kid with the same name.
Another great video, thanks Peter :)

Have you considered putting on a Automatic belt tensioner? They do make them ! If your handy you can make your own your self 👍
Love the cooking, dining, and drinking clips. Beautiful settings !
Peter, I would like to send you some beer from my hometown craft brewery. Where do I send it?

I like to think that you can't go wrong with spicy foods...tho my body disagrees with me at times.
These episodes are beginning to get spicy.
Just a little comment to help you with the youtube algorithms...Thank you.
When is the wedding ?
I live for spicy! 🌶️🌶️
I know you still have life's problems but I bet you are having the time of your life
Does Lady Z know you used her toothbrush?
Ha!
16:01 🙀
How are you guys not 300lbs? I'm gaining weight just watching!
Not of fan of spicy food, but the burger did look good.

Hi Geordie. Enjoyed the vid. Doing the same down here in Australia. Check out my channel. Enjoy.
Your hair looks awful spicy
