One easter egg in Hogwarts Legacy I've found (I don't think it's been featured on the channel yet) is using the transfiguration spell on certain animals. (I did it on rabbits and frogs) it has some interesting results!

You can find a secret room referencing Portal including a cardboard cake, a companion cube and a test chamber like area.

In the VR game Espire 1, in the first mission, you can fine hats laying around that look very similar to Clementines hat from The Walking Dead. You can also find a video game case that is labeled "Counter Pandemic Multi-player Shooter" that I'd a reference to Counter Strike Global Offensive
There are several Easter eggs in the skylanders games...for example: in swap force I think on the winter keep level, you can find a mosquito encased in amber from Jurassic park and in trap team on the future of Skylands level you can hear the announcer say that Wolfgang's big bad woofer has 1.21 crazy watts of power; a reference to back to the future

In Zombie Army 4's Ragnarok Part 2 DLC during the first "Survive the Ambush" objective, one of the characters, when giving story exposition about the beginning of the universe, says the line "In primordial space, timeless creatures made waves." This is referencing the exact same line from Marathon 2 of the famous Marathon series.
Seeing the name Steve Robinson with the sea of thrives Easter egg made me think of Robert Louis Stevenson, the author of Treasure Island, it might be a nod to the author because to me they feel to similar to be a coincidence.
I don’t know if you covered this before, but in Vampire Survivors, the two birds are named ebony wings and ivory wings, which is a reference to Dante’s guns in devil may cry. Also in Vampire survivors, I’m pretty sure the floor chicken is a reference to wall chicken in castlevania
The goat from Underground 2 is a running joke amongst the devs that they like to hide in their Tony Hawk titles. I know that you can also find one near the start of American Wasteland in top floor of a nearby building.
The skeletons are also playing the same song from rares "Grabbed by the ghoulies" from when we meet the nice skeleton. i forgot his name but we meet him in the kitchen

Loved this series ever since around episode 50, also i found a random easter egg in combat master. If you customize a gun and go into the shooting range there is a golden rabbit you can find on one of the side of the shooting range, then after you shoot it another one spawns until the last one spawns and a ding kind of sound plays. I'm not sure if it gives you anything but it's worth checking out :D (edit: turns out it actually starts a trial? not sure if it does anything but nice little detail or something i suppose)
For the sea of thieves one step after fall one I think that might be a double reference The character says “I should go fishing one last time with john” which I think is a reference to red dead redemption 2 where Arthur going fishing with jack made John angry and the whole “one last time” thing being pretty much the entire plot for the rest of the game after the saint denis bank heist So I think what the character says is a reference to red dead redemption 2 specifically the progression of the friendship between John and Arthur as the game progresses
