Hearing those words from Aaron, takes me back to my NORBA racing days in the 90s and early 2000s, even though I was just a nobody amateur racer, those feelings and emotions translate to any level on race day, the jitters the anticipation and the excitement and the feeling of relief when you cross the finish line, I miss those days, those moments, the sights the sounds the smells the pure love for the racing lifestyle. I still ride today, but I ride for fun and for mental and physical health. Excellent videos as always Clay, thank you so much and to Aaron best of luck in 2021.
This series has been amazing so far. I have such a high amount of anticipation for the next one. Superb storytelling, editing, camera work, sound design... thank you for this. 2021 is going to be a great season to root for the local SoCal guy!
That’s some crappy luck getting Rain at every race 🤦♂️ this SoCal weather is a blessing and a curse I guess. It’s pouring rain today though lol, imma go get some laps in and see what it feels like to be in the mud. Keep grinding AG! Love watching you rip.
I’ve been trying to do the same thing and burn some Greer laps while it’s raining 😂 even then not sure we’re getting enough rain for the trails to get that wet, probably would get better mud practice riding moto after they water the track, even on a sunny day lol
@@trevorhernandez9381 Yeah… Greer just turns into the grippiest hero dirt ever like 25min after it stops raining lol. You might ride through like 3 puddles and be all stoked when you get back to the car that you have some mud splatters on your frame. Siiiicccccckkk mud Braaa. Oh well, we can’t really complain though. Okay… time to go build!
enjoy the early Yeti footage. I remember they had a video series back when Blenki and Aaron were team mates there, right when Aaron came on to the scene. The hype surrounding a new fresh talent for US DH was real. Some of my fondest memories in the mountain bike scene were back then. I remember somewhat recently I went looking for those old Yeti videos, only to turn up empty handed. A nice surprise to see them back here. All the best
Like to. Timeless in thes intence race days to perseverance in thes session's and 🗣️yasicke to life in thes pists a good winner in thes so podiums. Saluds of chile 🇨🇱 🤘😀guy Aron Gwin's 🗣️yyaasicke 🤘
Aaron, I know you're busy, but that 1st Schladming run at 1:19 , aren't you on Shimano DX flats (not clipped in)? I could swear I saw a pic of you riding DX flat shoes w/ Five Ten rubber glued to the bottoms? It's been too many years now, but could swear I saw that?
For Aaron he is always racing against himself and not the field . Thats a hard thing to do but when your the best and you can beat that you will win allot of races
What a way to relive the 2020 season! Superb work Aaron 🚲 & Clay 🎥🔥
Hi

Brrrroooapp
Those track designers are masochistic. Go slow to go fast. If it were up to me, I'd make it like the old Kamikaze in the '80's.
One follower 🚵♂️🚵♂️🚵♂️👌🏻💪💪
