Is it prefer to do direct ai and ml and cyber security instead of adding cse and also in do direct courses like ai and ml in that cse subjects will be their or not

చాలా ఇంజినీరింగ్ కాలేజీలలో mtech చదివిన faculty దొరకట్లేదు. అందువల్ల EEE, Mechanical, Civil departments faculty చేత cse specialization branches కి చెప్పిస్తున్నారు. మరి AICTE rules ప్రకారం phd చేసిన ఫ్యాకల్టీ చెప్పాలి. మరి దీనివల్ల ఎటువంటి quality తగ్గదా?? ఎవరైనా AI, ML, block chain, IOT, cyber security చెప్పవొచ్చా??
