Amidst the agricultural landscapes of Sotaquirá, Boyacá in Colombia, Dr. María Luisa Piraquive received the family of María Estela Torres and Luis Alberto Giral at the doors of the new home that the María Luisa de Moreno International Foundation granted them through the Building Houses program.
