The writer of this song is a girl "Hadis Dehghan" and she is talking to the "love" in her lyrics as though talking to a king.. and that is why "Alijenab" comes in. Alijenab means "your majesty" in Persian. At other part she calls love the "angel of agony" (please notice the irony here). So, here the poet is talking to love as the voice of the human being not just by her own experiences. When she says to love "you appear with any excuse" that means, for any person it happens in a different and unique way but, there is something which is the same for every body and that is the feelings after falling in love...a mixture of happiness and sorrow and that is why she writes "you are a beautiful popular sorrow"
