Background doesn't matter much, all they look for skilled labour, if you have worked on some technology and if you are really good at it, the experience doesn't matter,

No one gonna call you with this CV formate in Europe. Profile picture must in CV and it seems though quite old format. I am sorry but that’s what I feel.

I am sorry that you felt that way. This is the same CV I used to apply for multiple jobs in abroad. It did get shortlisted in many companies. Probably some might need the details have you have mentioned. But not all
