Flashlights 101 - Reviving a Li-Ion or LiPo battery that refuses to charge

If your normal Li-Ion charger is refusing to charge your cell, it has probably dropped out of "nominal voltage range" That means it's below 2.5v for most chargers.
I show in this video how to trick your charger into getting enough juice into the cell so that the voltage rises, and then the charger will recognize it as Li-Ion again.
