  • This year (2016) is the fiftieth anniversary of Miranda v. Arizona, a case that outlined the procedural safeguards of the Fifth Amendment. Because of the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in this case, a suspect must be given Miranda Warnings if their statements to police are to be used at trial.

Miranda rights only have to be recited if you are a suspect. Not if you are confirmed of doing a crime.

After watching dozens of interrogations of SUSPECTS, I cannot understand why ANYONE would talk to a badge wearing clown under any circumstances, much less without an attorney present.
BUT, one must be aware of the FACT, that is the accused, and that is exactly what YOU become when the piggies ask to "talk to you", and you agree AFTER demanding an attorney, the badge wearing trash WILL send in one of their own, after dressing him/her up in a suit, to "act" as your counsel, who WILL advise YOU to co-operate.
Law enforcement DOES NOT believe in, nor does it follow the courts' mandates to follow the Constitution.
