Hello Cassie! Hope you're having a great day! Gruyere Cheese is a French Swiss cheese, ain't that something! Sounds like it's a fancy way to charge you more for the same thing! I guess your cheese 🧀 has hints of French Swiss cheese in it! My mother made a squash casserole. She used both yellow & green onions in hers and she used dare I say govt. cheese in her recipe! I'm telling my age again! 😆😆🥰✌️❤🙏
