    A.主材料
    ➡️雞腿肉 Chicken thigh 或雞胸肉 chicken breast 約500-600g
    ➡️九層塔 Thai basil 適量
    B.醃料 seasoning
    ➡️米酒 cooking wine 1T
    ➡️醬油 soy sauce 1T
    ➡️糖 sugar 1/2T
    ➡️五香粉 five spice powder 1/2T or 百草粉 herbs Mix Powder1/4t
    ➡️白胡椒粉 ground white pepper 1/2t
    ➡️蒜粉 garlic powder 1t
    ➡️洋蔥粉 onion powder 1/4t
    ➡️香油 sesame oil 1T
    C.炸雞粉 Fried Chicken Powder
    ➡️地瓜粉 sweet potato powder 100g
    ➡️五香粉 five spice powder 1/2T
    ➡️白胡椒粉 ground white pepper 1/2t
    ➡️蒜粉 garlic powder 1/4t
    ➡️酥脆粉 crisp powder 1T
    全部粉類混合均勻
    D.自製酥脆粉 crisp powder
    ➡️低筋麵粉 cake flour 20g
    ➡️澄粉 wheat starch 10g
    ➡️太白粉 potato starch 2g
    ➡️起司粉 parmesan cheese powder 3g
    ➡️發粉 baking powder 4g
    以上全部混合在一起,取適量備用,其餘裝罐留下次用
    E. 胡椒鹽 pepper salt
    ➡️黑胡椒 ground black pepper 1/2T
    ➡️白胡椒 ground white pepper 1/2T
    ➡️蒜粉 garlic powder 1t
    ➡️糖 sugar 1/2t
    ➡️鹽 salt 1/4t
    混合均勻
