Ak gopalan case was a challenge but supreme court made a very narrow approach.
Arricle 21 saya no person ahall be depriced if his life and personal liberty except by procedure established by law.
Due process id law folled in ameeica, we indians interpret peocedure established by law.

Sir why did the supreme Court did not consult Dr br ambedkar in the shankari prasad case when there was a confusion? A lot of fallacies could have been saved! Is it because of lex rex and there is no provision in the constitution to ask 'anybody'?

1) In which courts the osa is barred?
2) does that mean if the documents are to be produced in court during adjudication then the documents are not protected by OSA??
