They specialise in cheap food and so forth reducing food waste and just waste in general with products that might be end of line and will be just destroyed and its really good value!

In Britain we have too many rules and regulations on everything. So the average man can’t just sell some apples at the corner of a road. He has to apply for a license and is usually blocked by big companies. So now you have many people who have little education unable to get any basic jobs. Most manufacturing work is done abroad. Places like India or Africa still allow people freedom to at least try, yes they don’t have a benefits system but that also sometimes creates laziness. This is a country for rich people while the poor just have to make do with benefits. Low skilled jobs are now so low paid and prices are so high.

I wrote my dissertation on the sustainability of equality, and also pondered this question for some time. Your optimism is kind, but I don't believe that everyone is as optimistic or enthusiastic as you, for the concept to work. So, while everyone having equality and doing what they love sounds great, some people will inherently love to not do anything. These individuals would, in effect, cause others to consider whether they should still 'do' something with their lives when others are just living off the resources that many worked hard for. An endless cycle of self-righteousness and self-loathing. And as an example of this today, check out 'Hikkikomori'. These teens are spending their time mooching off their parents, sometimes into their 40s or 50s, and do little to nothing to make their own lives better, or others. I too wanted to find out if the world would be 'better' if everyone had equal rights, equal opportunities, and was extremely disappointed to find out that the system is here because of human nature and the idea that a moving stream is better than a stagnant one. My dissertation concluded that the world would need a hierarchy of some kind, to encourage progression and growth. So, tl;dr: A world where everyone did what they loved would not create a 'better' or healthier world, because of human nature. On another note, I have been extremely motivated by your videos and am trying to do what I can to ensure a sustainable life for the future. I recently went litter picking in my local park, because I was also disappointed at how it ruins the landscape, and was laughed at but oh well! Plan on going again later this week. Looking forward to the next video!
