If they serve with a bowl of soup, just add a few spoon of the soup in the bowl and mix them well. It help hydrate the noodles which might be a bit dry. Like building better infrastructures for the people, providing 9 years of free education to all citizens and providing better health care. Unlike countries that tax money collected from the people almost all go to wars.
