🇨🇳 Guilin's Local Favorite Noodles 0.71$ for a Super Size Bowl!! Delicious Rice Noodles in China

- Visiting Guilin town in GuangXi, Southern China, one of the guaranteed ways to happiness is through this recipe of spicy and sour rice noodles. One of my own personal favorite dishes in all of China, I love the way you add a mountain of toppings (all of which are free!) onto these chewy white noodles soaking in light porky broth.
As far as street food recipes go, this is as good as you could ever want. When you're traveling with the whole family as well, looking for full and happy bellies without spending too much for lunch, this might rank among the world's best noodle purchases as well!

@@JoelsTastyRide when my husband and I were down there in 2017, we took a ride down the Yulong river (I think that was the name) from Guilin to Yangshuo. Talk about seeing God's beauty in nature 😍😍😍 such a magnificent piece of earth... and so tucked away!

Guangxi is renowned for its noodle specialty. Many delicious variations served in neighbouring Vietnam, Laos and Thailand gain its influence from this region. Ever tried bun oc (river snail in vermicelli noodle soup) during your Vietnam food adventure? This is the Viet version of luosifen.👌

Hi Valentina, I gotta say that while I am reading your comment, not overlooking the possible truth at some point in some time... these days there are a huge number of people that DO fear the "unknown" meats (or oils) and so TODAY you can probably have the most fresh food on Earth in China. Last but not least, of course you can have this dish without the meat and it would still taste great, most of the street food I know of around here is ultra-customizable.
