    Well done Hugh….. I’ve got your latest book and have already made quite a number of recipes. This is the sort of book every kitchen should have because with a little effort you can make dishes that are utterly delicious and of nutritional high value. Bravo!!! You are a kitchen rock star!!!!!!! Please keep getting out more RUclips cooking demonstrations to inspire more and more people. S :)

    I just eat what i feel. Some weeks its greens some weeks its iron some protein. I just listen to my body.

    30 per week is less than 5 per day.

      5 a day is portion, I think he’s talking about 30 as in variety. So it would still be included in 5 a day

    these two presenters just doesnt work, deeley doesnt give a hoot about what guests have to say ,just look at her expressions while the guests are talking,same as that hammond woman. give the job to josie and craig, a much better pair.

    Why does Ben have to have a dig, is fun difficult for him. Maybe it's just me. Ring may not be perfect but just chill.

      Hate to break it to you. But unless you eat unseasoned meats then you eat plants all the time. How else do you season your food?
