They came together to advance the fight for independence and find a way to unite the people in this struggle. In his historic speech, Gandhi Ji delivered a simple yet powerful mantra: "Do or Die.” This marked the beginning of the Quit India Movement, a movement that didn't rely on prominent leaders but inspired people to join the fight for freedom. The British authorities, sensing the growing resistance, arrested many leaders, including Gandhi Ji. However, the movement continued to gain momentum, and its impact was so significant that it became one of the most serious rebellions against British rule. In our locality a 16 years old girl name was Kanalata Baruah,who became martyr in this quite India Movement on the day of 20 September 1942 on the way to host the tricolour in Gohpur police station. We feel so proud of her. My grandfather was also a freedom fighter who was took participate in this movement and they were able to host the tricolour in Gohpur(Assam) police station .And one request if possible please made 2nd part of this video and introduce those local or state level freedom fighters who had contributed their life for the nation. ❤ Jai Hind.
