Hello Sir I applied to bring my husband from Iran On April of 2018. 10 months ago we revived an Email that everything is in order and just wait for to be called for interview. the Email was from Abu Dhabi. my question is how long we should wait for my husband to be called for interview? this presses by law should have been 24 months . but now by April of 2024 will be 5 long years that I have been waiting for my husband to come to USA. in your opinion how long we should wait ????

Sir if I have completed internal medicine and I am willing to do fellowship. I can deny my home country for three years
If you are in fellowship after your fellowship you will need to apply for a J1 waiver.
