@allroadseurope you are a very experienced driver which drivers do you think are the best/worst/crazy in europe and which countries do you prefer for visiting
Every country has its own beauty and its own "standards on the roads". I enjoy driving on country roads, through small towns, and over mountain passes. I’m not particularly fond of motorways, but of course, when someone needs to travel far and fast, motorways are often unavoidable. I usually divide drivers into two groups: normal and crazy. The "normal" ones care about others and try to drive safely. The "crazy" ones think they are unbeatable and disregard the safety of others. On motorways to the Balkans, the craziest drivers are often driving cars with Swiss plates. However, I'm not sure if they’re actually Swiss drivers enjoying the freedom of cheaper fines, or if they’re from the Balkans, working in Switzerland and just driving home. Best or worst drivers? It depends on the standards. It’s all about practice-practice makes perfect. In my opinion, the worst drivers are the "weekend drivers," especially when they’re in large vehicles. That said, I can tolerate them. It's the reckless drivers that really bother me. Of course, even normal drivers can have a bad day or make a mistake/overlook something soo hard to tell...
