Can anyone help me out figure out what song the beginning sounds like or is sampled from? Sounds so familiar. Great song, guys!

I few days I found this song and I think I like it. However, I don't understand the meaning. It's about the moon or a woman. Can someone help me?

The way I interpret it is that the woman he’s referencing is similar to the moon in the way she’s everywhere all the time in his mind ?? Idk tho
