I figure it’s because there is such a large time gap between each layer that the layer under has fully hardened so it doesn’t melt it when they put in the next layer

I’m an idiot and this is how I sliced the shit out of my finger, the knife slipped because of the pressure I was using and it cut so deep, I ended up with post traumatic arthritis so I can’t bend my finger hopefully it’ll go away in the next few months. Be safe and please don’t be like me 💀

Now hear me out...: Confetti candles. White dipped candles where every other layer is dipped in rainbow wax crumbles. When it melts you occasionally get colored drips so the outside is like melted modern art.
Have you ever thought about taking the little confetti bits of wax that come from things like this, crumbling it smaller, and putting it in some white wax to make a birthday cake looking wax creation?
It wouldn't work. To get the wax to hold together it would have to be melted, then the colours would mix together into a rather ugly grey.(the sort of grey that mixing many different colours of playdough together makes)
Same. I know you're "supposed" to cut away from yourself but I have never done that especially when using a knife. Like I genuinely do not care if I cut my finger, I'll live. I'd rather have my fun with whatever I'm doing and deal with everything else to come later.
NOTE: Using these type of tools is dangerous simply grab a bowl with hot water and drop the cup in it or the item that has a lot of layers of wax and it will melt all by itself
Id use a spoon after you break off a piece of the wax and then scrape with that it'll most likely cover more surface or if that doesn't work a icing metal spatula or a paint mixing tool! It's very dangerous to use knives because of one wrong slip, there's so many veins and tendons in your hand trust me cellulitis sucks! Hope this helps ❤😊
I hope you don’t waste these wax. They can be put into a thin mold like a square one and melt and hardened again to create a rainbow/marble/unicorn candles

Where did you get that brush!?!!? I have a chinchilla so I gotta clean the cage with a mini broom and dustpan, but mine recently broke. And I usually just go to the store and buy one, so the products are usually the same like 3 mini brooms to choose from. I've never seen a set like this, it LOOKS AMAZING!! I NEED one lol
