so sweet the bow with the head, to have a sharper look at you. 🥰 the bench is not the worst place, the raven can hide under, the falcon didnt go there and its to small for the falcon to got him. but my heart stood still for a couple of seconds...
It seems like the peregrine tried to chase Arthur and Morrigan away from its nest rather than hunt them, they would rather go for a jackdaw or a pigeon 😊
Not long back from the Chatsworth at Llandudno Jenny. On our "buffer day" we did the Orme, Shag ,Fulmar, & first ever Chough, Rock Pipit. Windy but Grand! Thought we saw a Peregrine too, this confirms it thanks..
Jeez i hope they don't get caught. Amazing video. I am also impressed by even if there is a bit of shaking the filming while you walk/run, it's still not so bad. Very good job!
That's always the conundrum. One can not deny one species the right to "be" only because one is friends with another one. Nature is a system, not a society... you can not manage it. I just hope they'll make it an d the nest is alright.
Omg... this reminds me of a situation when a pair of crows followed me through the forest and got attacked by a common buzzard. They escaped... but then they wanted to hide in a tree - and crashed into one of the ravens and had to flee once again... (after that encounter I didn`t see the ravens anymore until last week.) I`m a bit surprised that the peregrine would attack such a big bird as a raven but maybe it`s because of breeding time? I suppose that was the reason when the buzzard attacked the crows.
Don't tell the peregrine to "piss off", and they aren't "your" ravens. Not a healthy mindset to have. These are wild animals, and one species has just as much of right to feed itself and its offspring as another. Ravens are a part of the food chain.

I doubt the peregrines or ravens know or care what I say to them.
