Mind telling me which settings you're using? I'm using the same versions for the shaders but getting terrible performance :( Im running a 1070 with 16 gigs of ram (Allocated 8) and an i7-9700k
Sorry for the very late reply. I can't tell you my exact settings because I have uninstalled that version of Minecraft, however I know I dropped shadow quallity right down.
I don't, sorry. My friend had it, and he did something and it started working fine. I ended up not using a texture pack when we played together anyway, so I didn't look into it.
@@Draugurinn_ I have everything set to high performance and games barely run on battery which is something I haven't figured out how to change if possible
@@crimsonteivel5753 Under the Nvidia control panel, and in Manage 3D settings, have you got the global settings set to Auto-detect or High performance graphics card?
I'm using Optifine 1.12.2 HD_U_E3, and BSL version 7.1.03.2. No idea what version of Conquest Reforged though, my friend literally sent me a direct link to the download. I would suggest getting a version of it for MC 1.12.2, because some later version won't be compatible, same goes for earlier versions.

I played with a friend later on his server, and some of the textures were broken for me unfortunately but not for him. Not sure what was up with that.

Lol. I had tweaked some of the settings for BSL, I'd send you the settings but I don't have that install anymore unfortunately.

How much gtx 980 costs?
You can pick up a second hand 980 ti on ebay for around 300 ~ 400 AUD. I would recommend perhaps getting a newer generation now though.

Your 1060 might be getting bottlenecked by the 2400, though userbenchmark says the 980 is slightly faster than the 1060 in some aspects.
