Peruvian Jungle Treasure Chest & Document Location - Shadow of the Tomb Raider

In the Peruvian Jungle of Shadow of the Tomb Raider, I couldn't find the treasure chest and document for a long time, so I decided to make a quick and simple guide from my walkthrough. You need a lock pick to open up the treasure chest, which you will get later. This is just to show you how to get there.

Thankyou! I was running all around trying to figure out how to get down there. Thought it was a path in the water or something. Also anyone know whats the deal with the one box in the wreckage there that highlights yellow. Its in the water and you cant open it.

Pretty sure you get the lock pick a bit later in the Hidden City. There is this chest and a chest in the next section you will have to come back to. Also you get the Shotgun much later I believe which you will need for the next portion of a crypt.

Lockpick is in the shop of that old blind woman in paititi (hidden city). Unlocked after the pisco the dead quest.

Go back out and climb up from where I came in. It's kinda buggy at the part where you have to jump over those vines to the rock wall above, gotta be in the exact right place at the top of it.

I didn't do all that going across the ravine and jump back. I just drop down from the ledge and use pickaxe to hang onto the wall and climb down.

This game sucks at telling what is actually climbable unless you turn on baby mode and have to see guide pop ups that you will open everytime you try to open the map because the game devs have a dent in the head and thought it was a good idea to bind the same button

You can probably just drop/jump down right above it instead of going across first. I just went across so you could see where the rock wall was.

Go back out to the ledge and climb up. If you can't figure it out, just jump off the cliff and respawn.

Alain Aebischer you go back out to the ledge and climb up. Just have to make sure you’re in the right place when you jump from one rock wall to the one above it because there’s a vine there and have to get to the tippy top to jump to the one above it’s kinda buggy.
