I asked at bamburgh castle if I could fly my drone over. They said firm No. precious lot. I need a long range mavic. I’ve only got the phantom standard. Which goes About 6 feet up then panics. Great footage. I went over Northumberlandia with one of my first flights. They too are precious. I think it’s a flight path. Or close. Enjoying the vids.
Yeah they can't really stop you if your not on their land. The beach is crown owned and they allow you to fly from their land so they can't stop you flying over. I believe the definition is 400m from a built up are or a crowd of people of 1000..I don't think this broke either... Northumberlandia I just did the same..waited till it was shit with very few people..it is on the flight path but over 5k from the airport so again within the rules...this is all how I interpret the law...
@@AndyWardle really..I was only There in the summer...it's deffo the old hospital building that is interesting...I wish I had went up before they pulled it down..would of loved a look around.
Wild Wannie Outdoors that big tower is still there along with some of the surrounding buildings not sure if they’re staying. I’ve been working up there. Tempted to have a poke aboot
